Owned and operated by Matt Hickey, Matt is a seasoned digital marketer with a rich background in data-driven retention strategies.
As one of Klaviyo’s first account managers in 2017, Matt’s expertise in retention and lifecycle marketing, he established a remarkable track record, driving revenue for hundreds of DTC brands. After 5 years of being part of the meteoric rise of Klaviyo. Matt took his knowledge to head up retention efforts at Made by Nacho and Nulastin.
He spearheaded a comprehensive overhaul of each brand’s CRM, email, SMS, subscription and websites UX which lead to significantly boosting conversion rates.
Beyond digital marketing, Matt is a fitness advocate and volunteers his time to coaching. Currently residing in Massachusetts, Matt is not just a marketing maven but also a family man, who shares his home with his wife and two kids.
